With over 25 years experience as a family tree researcher, I would like to offer my services to anyone who is interested in finding their ancestors, who they were where they lived and what they did when they were around. I offer very competitive rates because I think that family research should be affordable to everyone, which reflects my philosophy on family roots as being very important to us. I believe we can learn a lot about ourselves by knowing about the lives of those who came before us. Researching my own family tree has not only changed the way I feel about life but also given me some incredible knowledge about them. I was lucky that I discovered a ‘gateway ancestor’ that enabled me to link my recent family history to noble familes of medieaval times, and provided me with enough information to last me a lifetime. A ‘gateway ancestor’ is that individual who married into a member of a titled family, which provides many branches to some really important people in our history. For example mine was an Evan Morgan (a relation to Bishop William Morgan, the Welsh translator of the bible) who married a grandaughter of Margaret Puleston, a member of the influential Pulestons of Flintshire. From this point on, I was able to find an unbelievable number of branches which led to a sister of Owain Glyndwr, royal houses of France, Spain, Germany and Russia, Alfred the Great, Charlemagne, and noble families such as the Mortimers and the Warrennes. I believe that every one of us can be the decendants of such important individuals, if only we can find that particular ancestor that unlocks the hidden gems that are waiting to be discovered.
But before we can dig this far we have to start with what we know. For those who have yet to begin researching into their family tree, I can gather genealogical information up to the 1841 census and produce the results for you in the form of printed charts and reports. Any documentation obtained during the research will also be included. I will research all the surnames that I can find for you in order to give you a complete picture of your ancestry spanning nearly 200 years.
I am at present in a position to offer a service that will be sufficient to produce a family tree report and charts, and a price that will be as competitive as any available.
Therefore I can offer this service for £10o, which includes all the research in your tree up to the 1841 census, a printed chart, or in some cases charts, outlining the names, dates, places of abode and occupation (if given) of your ancestors, and a printed research report with this information.
I hope that you will take up this offer and that I can help you discover your ancestors.
